Process

In the process of searching for a college scholarship there are different phases in which we will always advise the player and family, and we will be supporting them to complete all the necessary processes until their arrival at the University in the United States. We guide them throughout the selection process and then once they are admitted to the University, we will also guide them with the visa process and visit to the embassy. Once in the United States we will always remain in contact for any questions or needs that the player may have, including a change of university if necessary.

1. An initial evaluation is carried out where all questions and concerns about the process are answered and a profile of the player is also created, their needs and requirements for the search for the University.

2. A complete follow-up is done, providing all the information about the university entrance exams and help with the preparation for the SAT and TOEFL. 

3. Athlete experience US will advise and help you throughout the process and all the procedures to obtain your college scholarship.

4. A complete profile is created about the player where we will include all his data, athletic achievements and a video to show and exploit all his skills to the maximum and to be able to find the University that best suits the player. 

5. We will contact more than 900 coaches from different university leagues so that the player has the maximum number of universities and then evaluate and analyze all the options.

6. Athlete Experience US will oversee the negotiation to find the academic scholarship that also adapts to the academic needs of each family. We will be in charge of speaking with the coaches to reach the best possible agreement.

7. Athlete Experience US is in charge of all the processes to ensure that the family can focus on the studies and the sporting preparation of the player. We will help the player during the visa process and the procedures to obtain it.

8. One of the representatives will be assigned and will oversee the entire process. Once in the United States, constant communication will be always maintained to resolve any questions or needs that the player or family may have. Follow-up will also be carried out during the 4 years that the player is at the University, including a change of university if necessary.

9. Experience US is a Spanish-American company, in the event that any problem arises, one of our agents in the United States could travel to the University to support and help the player at all times.
